Walking Group

Our walking group enjoyed a lovely stroll along the Quayside this morning. They were extremely lucky with the weather, it almost felt like a summer’s day!

Our next walking group will take place on Thursday 3rd April at Exhibition Park. If you think you would be interesting attending give the office a call on 0191 232 7292.

Walking Group Visit Leazes Park

Our walking group had a lovely, but cold, morning out at Leazes Park.

They enjoyed a walk around the lake before ending with a well deserved cup of coffee.

Our next walking group will take place on Thursday 6th February at 10.30am. Our walks are suitable for all abilities.

The Walking Group Visit The Discovery Museum

This week our walking group went on a guided tour of the Discovery Museum.

The group had a lovely morning out and were provided with lots of information by a dedicated tour guide! Our walking group runs fortnightly on a Thursday morning, the next meeting will be Thursday 2nd May. If you are interested please call the office on 0191 232 7292 and speak to Joanne.

Walking Group (in partnership with Ramblers Wellbeing Walks)

The next outing for our Walking Group is Thursday 13th April.

The group will meet at KFC Byker, NE6 and will head towards St Peters Basin, NE6 1LL at 10.30am and head towards St. Peter’s Basin before ending with a cuppa at the Merchants Tavern.

Please note that the walks are weather dependant. If we do need to cancel at the last minute we will contact you. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing if you would like to attend.
