Walking Group Visit Leazes Park

Our walking group had a lovely, but cold, morning out at Leazes Park.

They enjoyed a walk around the lake before ending with a well deserved cup of coffee.

Our next walking group will take place on Thursday 6th February at 10.30am. Our walks are suitable for all abilities.

If you would like to attend in the future please call the office on 0191 232 7292 and speak to Joanne for further details.

Below are some photographs of their morning out. Alt text is available.

CU Wednesday Group Visit Magic Hat Café

Yesterday, our CU Wednesday group had a lovely afternoon at The Magic Hat Café, Newcastle. The café is just down the street from our office. They aim to reduce food waste by rescuing surplus food from landfill and repurposing it through their kitchen.

The group thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon out and their tasty food and beverages at the Magic Hat.
Remember our CU Wednesday group runs on the third Wednesday of every month! The next meeting will take place on Wednesday 19th February. Please give the office a call on 0191 232 7292 if you would like to attend.

Below are some pictures of the group on their outing. Alt text is available.
