We are holding a summer open day on Wednesday 12th August from 12.30pm until 3.00pm. The open day will be held within our office located at Northumberland House, Princess Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8ER.

What to expect:

* Our chair exercise instructor, Andre, will be giving a introductory session to chair exercise.

* Demonstrations of assistive technology and daily living equipment such as Meta Glasses, Alexa, Liquid Level Indicstors and more.

* Speak to our activity coordinators to find out more about the inclusive groups and classes that we provide.

* Refreshments – enjoy a cuppa and a sweet treat and have a chat with our team.
