What we offer

We offer specialist IT support to visually impaired people living in Newcastle on issues relating to their visual impairment.

We are a part time service so there may be a waiting list.

We are not IT professionals but we are experienced in dealing with visually impaired people and so we try to understand what people want from the service from a visually impaired perspective.

These are the ways we can support you.

• Tailored one to one sessions to meet your technology needs.
• Support with using voice over or magnification features on smartphones, tablets and laptops.
• Demonstrations of smart home devices such as Alexa and Google Home.
• Advice on screen reading software.
• Demonstrations of smartphones and tablets.
• And much more!
