Financial Inclusion Officer/Office Manager
Philippa Taylor offers one to one assistance with applying for benefits. She will offer advice and help with form filling and if necessary attend appeal hearings. Please visit the Benefits Advice page for more information. As well as this Philippa is also the office manager. She oversees the day to day running of the office and is responsible for fundraising.

Senior Business Administrator
Courtney Lee is our Business Administrator. Courtney deals with incoming queries via telephone, she is responsible for the production of our quarterly newsletter and all other mail outs. She also arranges taxis for our social groups and assists with all aspects of admin duties. Courtney also provides additional support to the Office Manager and provides support with fundraising.

Group Activity Coordinator
Joanne Harbottle is responsible for the co-ordination, organisation and facilitation of our activities delivered in a group setting for Visually Impaired people, as well as the support and guidance of our volunteers.

IT Officer
Angus Huntley is our IT Officer. He offers one to one support with any technology related queries that you may have. Angus can provide support with a wide range of topics such as magnification and voiceover on smartphones, tablets and laptops. He is also able to provide demonstrations of smart home devices such as Alexa and Google Home. If you would like further information about our IT Support service please visit the IT Support page.

Graeme Manwell
Graeme Manwell is a support worker for our IT Officer, Angus. Graeme provides support to Angus wherever it may be required. If you make an appointment with Angus for technological support it is more than likely that he will be joined by Graeme. Two members of the team for the price of one.

Safeguarding Officer
Sharon Heatherington is our safeguarding office. Sharon is available to support people who have been victims of abuse and to help prevent the risk of abuse.
